My new roof looks fantastic, and we are really glad we went with this local company. Buying a roof is not a "fun" expense, but I really feel like we got our money's worth: a quality new roof in 1 day, and then new trim capping the next day. They even installed new bathroom exhaust vents and HVAC exhausts. Our house looks brand new. You might get a cheaper rate elsewhere, but these guys do not skimp on quality of product, 50-year warranty, or craftsmanship. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! Financing is available."

"I sought out three bids from highly rated Angie's list roofing companies. I eliminated one company that would not provide an estimate unless they could present it in person with my wife present (code for high-pressure sales). The second company was great, but did not get their bid to me until almost a week after they promised it. By comparison, Joe Makay got right back to me on first contact and every time I had a question. He was able to work my project into the schedule within a week and got got the entire large and complex job done in just two days. The end result was outstanding and well worth the price. I only rated their price as a B because their cost was somewhat higher than the other (larger) company that bid; however I went with Mckay because they were more responsive and customer service focused. I felt confident they would take good care of me and they did just that."
