If questions or concerns arose throughout the project we were able to discuss those things and come to a remedy to correct the question or concern. The crew of people that they have working for them and the subcontractors they brought in were all professional and courteous. They are very fair on their pricing and when they discovered some things that would help with insulation on our home or structural issues in our soffits - they immediately had a clear explanation for their suggestion and price for that to be fixed. Our project consisted of the following: Roof, chimney rebuilt from roofline up, new garage door, siding, shutters, cupola, soffits/facia/gutters, cedar posts on porch, lighting in soffits above the garage door."

"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"Jim and his team did a great job restoring two apartments that sustained significant water damage from a building fire. preparing walls and cabinets for paint, painting, installing new doors and flooring, new light fixtures, installed a new tub and shower surround. When the job was completed, everything was perfect. He was honest, sincere, and ethical. I would not hesitate to call on him for future projects."

"As many of you know--finding a reputable home improvement company can be quite a challenge. We had some major projects to do in our yard and initially reached out to multiple companies requesting bids on building a 40 x 10 foot pergola, repairing a cedar fence and staining another major structure in our yard. Inaccurate bids, no shows, and people showing up that presented themselves as home improvement companies but didn’t know what the heck they were doing. "Jay worked with me with the overall design and look of the bathroom. They completely gutted my 50-year-old yellow tile and tub surround, installed new insulation, backer board, drywall, plumbing as needed and white subway tile with grey grout in the tub/shower, vanity and corner niche areas. Included pencil tile trim and other clever solutions for a high-class finished look. Installed new toilet, tub/shower fixtures, grab bar, ceramic shower shelves, vanity faucets, three light fixtures, and toilet paper holder and towel rings. Added baseboards and quarter round moulding throughout. They worked quickly and carefully. Extremely neat, using dropcloths along all access areas. Showed up on time every morning and kept me informed throughout the process and brought me in whenever design and material decisions needed to be made. It is such a joy to use my new bath!
