"Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"Communication was quick, but the project manager was not on the same page for multiple instances. We had to reorder the shower door since we didn’t get the opportunity to pick one with the contractor (it was chosen for us). My wife and I thought painting an entire wall in a room would mean painting the rest of the room as well to match, but I was told it would cost an extra 1500 to paint the rest of the bedroom and the project end date was off about 2 months. The workers were great and do great work, but we did not feel like we were getting the attention we needed for our project from the project manager nor was he being 100 percent upfront or thorough with his estimates/ work even after an itemized contract was requested at the beginning."
