"As many of you know--finding a reputable home improvement company can be quite a challenge. We had some major projects to do in our yard and initially reached out to multiple companies requesting bids on building a 40 x 10 foot pergola, repairing a cedar fence and staining another major structure in our yard. Our experience in contacting home improvement companies was so disappointing. Inaccurate bids, no shows, and people showing up that presented themselves as home improvement companies but didn’t know what the heck they were doing. The only company that took the time to provide frequent consultation, accurate estimates, multiple visits to our property and consistent follow-up was Twin City Handyman! The entire staff was attentive to our needs and the projects were well done and completed on time. "Faulty plumbing performed as part of the required renovation resulted in leak into the downstairs ceiling (which was addressed promptly but the ceiling tile was still damaged) and damage to the tub surround during the install had to be repaired with a color match kit (which looks acceptable) but shouldn't have happened. Price was fair and the work was completed on time. Ultimately we are pleased with the final product and are okay with the fixes performed to address the damage done."
