He had the fourth thought to ask if he could use a chemical to clean my coil or if it would be better to use vinegar due to the health issues in my home. He listened. The next available appointment was the following day. I was so panicked that I hung up on the young man that took my call. He called me back within 10 minutes with a tech already on the way.
