He keeps the work site very neat and orderly , cleans up the work site as he goes along. We are fortunate that we are retired and were able to allow Jacob to work on evenings and weekends. "Charles of FIO Building Co. did some absolutely amazing work for us. He did our stairs. We hired a couple of other ‘handy men’ prior to him. We ended up sending both of them away because their work was the quality you’d expect for a property that someone was going to flip instead of live in for the rest of your life. He uncovered an unanticipated problem with the stringers in the midst of the project and was able to implement a solution and keep everything on track. His attention to detail and communication during the project makes him someone we’d like to hire again for our future projects. Charles is truly a skilled craftsman and it shows in his work.
