That is the type of company you have here! Trent and Daylon were very thorough in hydro-jetting my main sewer line. They also cleaned out the filter that goes from my septic to my drainfield. (Which was the above and beyond part.) Wasn't charged for that:) Pricing was very reasonable! He said the wax seal was OK, but offered no other explanation. Called Slaughter on two occasions two weeks apart. Both plumbers they sent argued and left the jobs unfinished (one did not cap the cut-out behind the house correctly and left the hole unfilled, the other guy only caulked three sides of the toilet and did not line the tank up correctly). I finished both their jobs. Sub standard quality and service at a premium price. Not the kind of people I would deal with again."

"Sang, the owner came a couple of weeks ago and did an evaluation of our needs.  He was excellent and arrived on time.  Very knowledgeable about our issues and give us recommendations on toilet etc.  The toilet fit great and had a similar foot print so it looks great.  Our toilet was 65 years old so you can imagine the work that needed to be done would take a plumber with lots of experience.  Tom did the actual work and we were pleased.  He arrived on time, went over the work that we needed to be done. Tom was  very neat and clean and had respect for our home.  He wore shoe covers and when the work was done cleaned up.Tom took his time and did not rush through the work.  He was at our home for about 4 hours due to the older fixtures etc.  He communicated with us frequently so we knew status.
Sang is coming over this week to go over a couple of issues that we need to discuss.
We had experience with other plumbers before and they never met our high expectations.  Cornerstone Plumbing is a keeper.
