"Ron was very punctual to my email inquiry.  He made an appointment and came over to see what we wanted done.  He took measurements and then left.  Came back in about one week with a "contract."  Because our work was extensive, he waited until the weather was good for at least a week.  Ron and his team were punctual every day - they were always there between 7:20 and 7:30 every morning.  They worked hard until lunch, took 1/2 hour for lunch and then worked hard again until quitting time - around 3:30.  They never took coffee breaks or just hung around and talked.  They worked all the time.  Ron thought the job would take about 2 weeks to do - they had it done in 8 days.  The guys were very professional - never had any problem with bad language or loud voices.  They were very friendly to me and my dogs.  They did a very professional job, everything was done 100% to our satisfaction (and we were never unhappy with the job they did).  They did everything to near perfection.  I would recommend Ron and his crew highly  and give them an A++.  Do NOT hesitate to hire them! <br> <br> <br> <br>"

"Before Ben could build our deck,  he had to first remove a very sub par deck, which would have never passed code even when new, and put in one 50% bigger and 110% safer and more beautiful, than I had even expected. "He never came back when he said that he would. He did build the cricket and it is okay. We were a little disappointed in the workmanship. He was going to come back when the weather was better. Our chimney fell down and he did some of the roof work for it. I didn't contact him when he didn't come back."
