(The house has a half-basement.) He arrived early in a clean company vehicle and in uniform. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and down-to-earth. His inspection of the areas of concern took some time because he was so very thorough. Once completed with the inspection, he presented various options, and we discussed each option.
