"They were rude and disorganized, they sent a text and email about 10am appointment, then when I called to verify, they said it was noon, and one of the people hung up on me her name is melissa she said good luck with that and hanged up on me. a person Dion was very rude and this is terrible company , I would never work with them .we were having a bad phone reception and I asked his name a few times and he said well I've just told you three times what my name is . that's very rude. angies list gave me a good recommendations, A washing machine repairman and that went very well, when we had another worker over here and they took customer complaint very professionally and helpful, And I would use Angies List again."

He wanted to come the day after but, I insisted not to come until he was better which only caused a delay of one day. He went above and beyond to remove obstacles in his way to get my hot water tank installed. Also, he cleaned up and removed all trash and even mopped the basement floor. "They couldn't give me a price over the phone (even though it's a standard repair), they will only give you a price by coming to your home. If you don't use their service, they charge a trip charge of $59. As it turns out, their "book price" for a PRV is beyond ridiculous at nearly $800. The parts run $125ish at RETAIL (Home Depot), and it can't take more than 2 hours TOPS to replace it (less than an hour based on multiple Youtube videos), so MAYBE $450 could be considered “reasonable”. I’m VERY unhappy that their prices are so exorbitant, and I even had to pay for the privilege of having somebody come all of the way here to tell me the “book price”, when they could have given me that price over the phone and kept us both from wasting time and $. It’s troubling to have to pay a trip charge just to get a ridiculously overpriced bid. Another vendor gave me a fixed price, OVER THE PHONE, of $400. No trip charge, no funny games. I just sent the technician home. I’m usually not very vocal, but this is egregious. Obviously, I would NOT recommend this company."
