"This Particular franchise with the solutionist Jeremy is the only franchise I am talking about. Some of his remarks were in order: 1) I dont look at my emails 2) you did not pay your bill when in fact I paid before they left my property. When he checked he said I see where you have paid but NEVER apologized. 3)When I told him The down spouts going from one to another were leaking his reply we don't seal them 4) I told him I wanted to speak to the owner ( Richard ) he said he would let him know. 5) FIVE days later I called Corporate and reported this. 6) on the SIXTH DAY RICHARD called me back and wanted to know what was wrong. Did Jeremy not tell him? He finally said they would come and seal up ALL the connections. This was not a difficult job and again this was ONLY this particular franchise store. If this survey would let me give a LOWER rating I would have."

"Good communication and good work. Replaced siding and some framing on 46 year old stick built utility building. Job proceeded in timely and efficient manner. Good cleanup and debris haul away at end of job."

"Once contacted by Angi, Garner Group Services contacted us promptly, arrange a time, arrived promptly discussed with us our issues with the gutter’s , examined the issues took pictures to confirm the problem and told us what was needed and quoted us a reasonable price. They performed the job. We will rehire again to check the gutters"

"I am very happy with the product and with the installation experience. The quoting/sales experience is high pressure. Their pricing is not transparent and they want you to sign right away to get a discount. You need to be a good negotiator. Get some other quotes first, so you know what price is good. The installation was done by a sub-contractor but they did a great job, all neat and tidy."
