"The company name is the same for three addresses. There are also different phone numbers. The Magical Mike is that I hired gave me a location in Neptune Beach, Fl. They were here two days, one to remove the materials from my garage, the second day to complete. The installed a shed did a good job but I discovered my rug shampooer was missing. They removed mine and left one in place belonging to them. Mike said they do not carpet cleaning. He took no responsibility because I did not take pictures of the contents/location where the rug cleaner was located. I was ready to hire them for my next project . I have an enclosed garage, and all manuals, receipts of my rug shampooer. As a contractor they are responsible- TAKE PICTURES BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM!!! "

"Crew unprofessional. Caulking looks like a 2 year old did it. Crew bent metal and window has air coming thru. I asked the crew to leave when they left broken glass poured out of their truck into the middle of the road. No attempt made to stop and clean it up.Mack the owner came out to see what was wrong. All Mack did was talk about how low he price was and that due to previous caulking it was impossible not bend metal. His solution was to screw the bent metal down (metal trim should snap in place) and add more caulking. I do not nor will I recommend this business for any reason."

"They did great work repaired some serious damage done to the house before our move! On the other hand, very rude, ignorant, and messy. One of the workers was there just to cause confusion. He told me I needed to buy an extra door when the other guys said I didn?t and to top it off he needed acetone and I only had my aloe enriched nail remover which he said was fine. Instead of throwing it away, he left it on my sink and caused a stain by the end of the day when they finished working. I had intentionally blocked my sink off. I tried everything to remove it then asked for advice, you see the response ? unprofessional. I was also promised a matching paint set up and they did not paint match at all. Despite me having my own opinion towards the miss matched wall, my partner was so impressed with their patch work, he wanted them to mount our tvs in a few rooms. We will no longer be hiring them for any service because of this man?s response. Hire at your own risk."
