"On both occasions, my problems were fixed the same day. For the lp gas hot water heater, I initially called the big box home improvement stores, however, they did not have a suitable replacement available locally. So I called David Grey as I had used them for some smaller work previously and they didn't let me down. Within 30 minutes I received a call from the on call plumber saying they had a replacement in stock and could be out that evening to replace the unit. Within an hour of their arrival the unit was replaced and we had running hot water. For the water main issue, I mistakenly hit the water main coming into my house with a shovel. Fortunately the old valve was still working so I was able to get the water turned off. I called David Grey, and within 30 minutes had a call indicating they would be able to come out, but it may be later in the evening. I let them know I was without water and if they could expedite a repair that would be great, but to keep me on the schedule. In the mean time I was going to look for another plumber to try and get it fixed sooner. Within another 30 minutes as I was waiting to hear back from the others I had called, David Grey's service called saying they were sending a truck my way for the repair. I cancelled the other calls I had made. When the plumbers got here, they repaired the break and also installed a new cut off valve. The job was completed in an hour and we are back to running water. In both instances my dealings with David Grey's company were fantastic. The plumbers they sent to the house were professional and willing to answer all my questions. After the work was completed, they ensured everything was in good working order and the work areas were cleaned up nicely. I would highly recommend them to anyone who may find themselves in an emergency situation and in need of help."
