"Overall it went well. We had a few bumps but David was always available to be sure we were happy. It took about 3 weeks longer to complete the project than what was originally quoted. We had some problems with workers not showing up as promised. But there were others that were very reliable. We were very appreciative of Dan, when the original granite company we had ordered from was unable to do the job, he knew someone in that work that we could contact. Exquisite was so nice and came to our aid getting the job done so there was no further delay. Our kitchen is beautiful and is all that we envisioned. In addition, they were priced within our budget.

"It was OK. The gentleman they sent out  was very nice but I think they send out different people to people who get the big deals. It took significantly longer than it should have. He had a breathing condition and it was difficult for him to do the job quickly so I don't know if I would necessarily consider that company again. I don't want to say anything bad about the company because he tried to do his best. They painted one bedroom and maybe a couple of parts in the hall. I'ts a small condo so it's not a big area. There were no additional charges. It was never an issue with the time that they came. There wasn't anything wrong with the paint job."

"I am satisfied with their service. they were always reachable and got the job done quickly. They were not the cheapest, but I think their service may be superior to the others I was in touch with. originally was supposed to have the job done by another co. because they came in with a lower bid but unfortunately did not deliver on time. So I switched to ECO and they took care of it. the only problem we had was a miscommunication on what was included in the bid. I believed replacing the subfloor was included. so as a customer I think it's important to get as much detail as u can bc we don't understand the lingo. in the end it went ok as they gave me a good price to add the subfloor.
