Contact Dan to have him quote the addition that we're looking to do. Once again his quote came in at a very reasonable price and reasonable time frame as well. Hired him for the job. Through out the project, he kept us well inform of what is going on and trying to stay under our budget. The addition turned out great. Our family, neighbors and even the city inspector gave great compliments.

I had hired Dan for my restaurant's renovation several years back. He did not disappoint me then and he's definitely did not disappoint me now. Love his work! Already recommended Dan to a couple of interested neighbors.

Amazing and better than expected! Dealing with contractors is not always an enjoyable experience and we are happy to report that Minnesota Construction and Property Management was a treat to work with.

During the initial consultation, Trevor listened to our request to improve our outdoor living space and offered design solutions the other companies hadn't at a price that was more reasonable. It almost seemed too good to be true.

We were tentatively scheduled to begin work on the deck towards the end of May. Thanks to a mild winter and Trevor's excellent time management, they began working on our project at the end of March and finished within a week (and that includes the snow delay and a weekend off)! 

We have the nicest deck in the neighborhood. The crew is polite, hard-working, and detail-oriented. They have pride in their carpentry skills and we are the beneficiaries of their amazing work.

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"We hired Cabinets for Everyone to remodel our kitchen after meeting with several other contractors and finding them on Angie's List. The work they performed was of the highest quality and done within the projected time frame. They were involved and handled all aspects of the job including the coordination of the sub-contractors they used. Our remodel included taking everything down to the studs and starting from scratch. In addition to our kitchen, they did additional work for us with our mudroom, laundry room and dining area. We love our new rooms! "Working with Artistic Fence was a great experience.  We needed a fence that could contain a dog that can climb chain link, but didn't want a privacy fence to cut us off from our neighbors.  Amy from Artistic Fence came and looked over our property, talked about our options for our fence, and wrote out a bid right there.  She answered all my questions, and was very helpful and professional.  Their bid came in on the low end of the quotes we got.  Their building timeline was reasonable, even though it was the busy season for new fences, and the folks that came to build the fence where prompt, and impressively efficient.  The fence is exactly what we hoped for, and is beautifully done.  We couldn't be happier with it.

Update: A few months after the fence was installed, a few of the wooden caps that cover the fence posts began to split, assumedly because of water.  I called them, they sent someone out, and replaced the broken parts free of charge under the warranty."
