One is only put bait in my basement and told me mice will come down to basement for food in the future. One is point out the problem but ask for thousands of dollars to seal all gap around my house. Until I hired John, He was pretty sure mice came from the gap between my garage wall and soffit, and he came to seal it in the same week. He is very knowledgeable and responsible. When I called John he offered to come that Sat., but would be cheaper to come on Monday. Chose to wait. He came as expected, took care of the problem, left a cage for unfinished business, and came back a week later to remove the cage. He was very pleasant and advised me of cost upfront. Said many companies charge per animal removed, he did not charge like that. It was a flat rate. 7 babies would have been very expensive! There was a trip charge and a removal charge. "Very early Saturday morning we were awoken by the sound of something in the wall behind our bed. I called at least 6 different animal removal companies, most who advertised 24/7 response. Never Nest was the only one that called me back the same day and they were able to come out by early afternoon. Two of their staff spent over an hour trying to locate where the animal (turned out to be a bird) was in the wall, and another hour trying to get it out safely, which they did. One of them then climbed out of a window to fill a whole next to a vent where we assumed the bird got in.

"Heard scratching sounds on Halloween in the walls of the house. This company searched inside and outside (we thought it was squirrels) but they concluded that it was mice. They recommended to get these green poison blocks they wouldn't get rid of the mice or thrown in the poison blocks because they don't have a pest control license. For all that I thought the cost was high. ~$125. Company doesn't have pest control license. If you aren't sure what problem you have make sure you get a company that covers both small animals and pests."
