We chatted about the pool, I sent him a couple pics of the pool and mechanicals. He provided a very fair quote right away. Based on his timeliness and professionalism, we scheduled the job. William and his crew arrived on time the next day and got right to work. Efficient, professional, and friendly. He knocked on the door to ask any questions he had during the closing. Start to finish, he and his crew had the pool drained, lines cleared, plumbing winterized and covers in place - all in about 90 minutes. Would have taken me all day! "Mitch replaced liner on my 25 year above ground pool in 2019 and it's still good as new. Last week I called on him again--pump/filter problem that I could not diagnose after just opening the pool. He troubleshooted over the phone with me but I had done almost everything, so he came out the next day and found the problem, so it runs good now. Then I asked him to come back when he could and 2 days later he vacuumed all the stuff that had settled while my filter was not working. He is fair and very helpful."
