There were a few things that I didn't communicated that I wanted and he couldn't read my mind- like putting the new flooring in the closets... it doesn't look bad and I hadn't communicated that I wanted it, and I wish I had seen or looked at my lowe's cabinet order because I would have noticed the outline on the cabinets that I didn't want- but those were all my fault(I never have seen a receipt) but he was very efficient and I hope he will come do more projects in the future.. "Randy and team at R. Quinn Construction did a fantastic job and far exceeded our expectations. We have utilized many contractors in the past for other projects and I can honestly say that we have never experienced anything quite like the service level we received. They responded to our initial request for service within 24 hours and quickly provided a quote that was considerably less than the "IKEA" suggested contractor (which also just happened to be located in Chicago - some 300 miles away!). Randy gave us an installation date 2 weeks out, again besting the other contractors considered. We did have some concerns that the "cost may be too low" but after looking at their web site and Facebook page, those concerns quickly disappeared. <br /> <br /> They arrived on time as promised and immediately went to work, taking only a short lunch break and working late into the evening. They exhibited extreme care and handling of the cabinets and installed them as we had planned. I was amazed at the care taken to level the cabinets (often multiple times) both side-to-side and front-to-back. This was repeated each time another cabinet was "added" and continued through completion. Our design required some "customization" of several cabinet which they performed flawlessly. At the end of the first day, well over 60% of the cabinets were installed. Then something really unusual happened. They cleaned up and vacuumed the entire space before they left for the day. The second day was a repeat of the first. Arrived early, stayed late to finish and cleaned up like they had never been there. I also have to say that we did some "on-the-fly" changes, which they happily accommodated and, to my pleasant surprise, did not change the total cost. Nothing seemed to be "a problem", which was greatly appreciated. The total project was completed in 2 days (again less than half the time quoted by other contractors). <br /> <br /> Overall, as I said above, R. Quinn Construction far exceed our expectations and we would highly recommend them to do any remodeling type project. They had all the right tools, knew what they were doing, were very professional and very easy to work with. We are 150% satisfied with the work that was done. They will be our first call the next time a remodeling need arises.*"

"These folks did an amazing job. The project began from initial design work, drawings in 3D of the intended details, revisions to the final choice. Scott and team are extremely detail oriented, down to the 1/32and quot; of the inch. Other venders we spoke with about this same project were using standard stock cabinetry with industry standard 3and quot; too 5and quot; fillers. The other venders would have supplied cabinets which incorporate 1/2and quot; thick particle board carcasses, Which is customary. not Scott they built every part using 3/4and quot; solid lumber core hardware plywood's! All the doors and drawers were built of sold hardwoods which were dovetailed with the finest quality hardware I have ever viewed! There attention to every last detail is astonishing! These words only do credit to the quality of the constructed cabinets, now lets talk a bit about the impeccable quality and the fit and finish of the total project. My wife and I have owned and improved a total of nine homes in the past 30 years in four states. So we can tell you with absolute certainty having been through many improvement projects in our time what makes a great contractor. Attention to the details, total quality execution, a team who is not only polite, caring, concerned and interested about you the customer , but I recognize they are more concerned about every last detail even more so then myself. That is what I know makes an amazing job. The kitchen and bath cabinets we had painted white, with complementary black and mica granite tops , stainless steel appliances, white and black veined marble backsplash along with complementary matching marble tiles for the shower along with glass doors. We are so happy words cant describe. We are looking forward to our next project with Scott and team! <br />"
