"The two Window Brite guys who came were on time and super professional from the get go. We have a two-story house and a lot of windows, so they were here nearly 3 hours. But wow, what a difference to have such clean windows and screens, inside and out! Though our windows are newer (and open from the inside to allow easy cleaning on the outside), we had already discovered that our windows can only open that way from the bottom, but not from the top, making it much more difficult to wash the windows ourselves. Plus we had some windows in a 30 ft tall stairwell, so those needed cleaning, too. Each screen was taken out and cleaned separately, then replaced on the correct window where it came from. They had special coverings on their ladder, so as not to ding or mar the walls inside. Plus they were extra cautious about everything. One of the workers obliged my request to bring out his stacking ladder again to remove some cobwebs from the upper part of the stairwell, which was just a nice thing to do. We were very pleased with their work!"

"Screens on-site was hired through a third party contractor. They replaced 20+ window screens and 4 door (patio) screens. The work included removal of the existing screens and was completed in approximately 2 hours. The existing screen frames were re-used. Since the company was sub-contracted and the cost was "marked-up" by the third party, we do not know the exact price of all repairs. Two damaged doors not covered by the third party were replaced and the cost was very reasonable. As commented by the business owner, it was "like giving the house a face lift"."

"Service person made appointment for "Tuesday afternoon." Called at noon on Tuesday to let me know he was on the way. Arrived promptly at 1 pm. Looked at screen door and we agreed to replace screen fabric. He completed work in less than an hour.  Didn't leave any mess at all.  Installed screen door back in sliding glass door track.  Very courteous.  Excellent quality work:  replacement screen was straight and taught as it should be. <br />"
