I have hired them on two occasions, once for restoring a tiled shower, and lately for cleaning and replacing grout on my tiled floors and shower, and bathtub tile surround which included some wall board replacement. "Some of my tiles tented up, so I called Angi for help. Then Victor Demick came to install or repair the floors. What should have been a simple, straightforward job ended up spilling problems into every corner of the home misaligned tiles, unfinished gaps, and a lingering frustration that won t go away. He drilled holes around the tiles and didn t fill them properly, then promised he would return on Wednesday or Thursday but he never called, and he never showed up. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this contractor. The contractor knows about it but hasn t done anything and hasn t contacted me. When I contacted another contractor outside Angi, they told me that Victor demick had done nothing. "
