"Professional and friendly. He was able to give me two possible diagnoses for my washer issue at first call and anticipate cost and found out part was available for my older machine. During repair appointment he was correct on his diagnosis of the problem, was able to go get the part and return for repair and complete it in an hour. I will hire him again for any appliance issue and recommend his service to my friends."
