"Overall the job was done. Definitely would say I'm not completely satisfied. First off, the appt scheduler was monotone - didn't fully explain the process that I'd have to deal with a sales rep and I thought their pricing was somewhat comparable to other companies. On the plus side, they got me same day which was great because my two year old is allergic to ants. Sales guy David said the tech would 'proactively treat all entry points' - which he did not. I hold my husband partly responsible because he didn't make sure it was done - he basically walked the tech around and pointed out every spot we've seen a bug and that's the only places he treated. I happened to be nursing our 5 mo old downstairs and noticed he missed a window, and made mention of him treating it and he said 'yeah I guess I could but I got the window next to it'. Excuse me? Entry point. Needless to say, anything the sales rep promised was far beyond what the techs do. He didn't get in the attic, he didn't seal the entry points, and he didn't get down any spider webs in the garage area. When we made mention of seeing a brown recluse, the tech said 'yeah I don't know about that, I don't mess with those'. He was friendly enough, however seemed like the fact that it was Friday nearing 5p and he just simply did not care and needed to be babysat. On the positive side, we get $25 off for my folks referring us as they also get $25 off - they gave us a $32 initial treatment and then $30/mo. They quote you monthly prices, however beware, they do not come out monthly! If you call them for treatment they will, however the contract states quarterly treatment - and they will not do inside AND outside, you have to specifically request if you want the inside retreated in addition to the outside. Another annoyance was the fact that we have 3 baseboard corners with caulk splitting and I asked the sales rep if the tech could treat those areas and then caulk them to seal them - of course the sales rep said, 'absolutely, they all have caulk on their trucks for small jobs like corners but they do not do maintenance'. Understandable. So I ask the tech to caulk 3 corners and he looks at me like I'm crazy - I explain my conversation with the sales rep and the tech says 'as long as I've been here none of us have ever had any caulk on our trucks'. Total breakdown in training and communication. Overall the job was done quickly and the only company that could treat our home same day, however very sloppy follow through and I suspect I'll have to call for another treatment before long. Also, they pretty much make it so you sign an annual contract - their 3 mo treatment plan (which is only one treatment) is $350 which doesn't make sense to get in the event the bugs come back. I thought it was strange to quote monthly pricing and then to read the fine print and see they only perform quarterly (or as needed) treatments."
