"Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

Jim used excellent communication skills and computer technology to design, explain and show pictures of the finished product. His forty years of experience were evident when he went over the progress of the project, and the cost factor of the project was reasonable and fair. He also put two new storm doors on and did an exceptional job. Jim and his crew go out of their way to make you satisfied. They take great pride in their work and do an excellent cleanup job. I highly recommend Jim. He works on customers homes as if they were his home. The quality of work is exceptional. You will be satisfied and happy using Lockhart Construction."

Lemar re-attached stairs to landing even more securely than they were originally and he installed new vinyl plank flooring on the landing as I requested. He also cleaned up, sanded and re-painted threshold outside of the door, as I requested. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner and the work looks very good. Will have Lemar back for more work in the future."
