"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"There were some good things and some not-so-good things about Nata. We had many pet stains, and some of them (not all) came out. I wasn't expecting the carpet to look brand new. It made me cough, and we had to leave the windows open for the rest of that day and the following day. The price was relatively inexpensive, and the man who did the work was very polite. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they were able to come within two weeks. After the cleaning, they dumped the dirty water out on our driveway and cleaned out their filters in our outside trashcan. I would have preferred to know about this in advance."
