"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."

"First off, I am a stickler when it comes to how contractors work on our property. Those that are sloppy as they work and leave left over or removed materials behind get bad reviews. Those that are respectful of the job site and pick up what they remove or trim etc., get good reviews. In this category  Dr. Screen gets, if I could give it, an A +++++.
Joe, yes the owner Joe, and his team (yes, there were 4 members of the team) showed up early on a Saturday morning and after unloading all materials, ladders etc., went right to work. This was not a team of amateurs but a group of seasoned professionals who knew exactly what they were doing and each went at a different task just like they had done it hundreds of times before.
Earlier in the week Joe had informed me that there was a slight complication as regarded installing the picture window during this initial visit. It seems that with the construction uptake and recent storms here in the Cape that some materials are once again constrained and on an allotment basis. Such was the case with the 18' beam that was necessary for our picture window. However, Joe assured us that before the team left that our outdoor space would again be sealed even though they would have to do some work twice when they came back with the beam etc.
As good as their word, when they left that first Saturday we were fully enclosed with all panels replaced (save the 2 that would be eliminated with the picture window) and all screws and hardware replaced! And, the job site was spotless!
Joe once again returned the following Saturday with beam and posts and proceeded to rip out the temporary screening installed the previous Saturday and get right to work. Everything that was done in regards to this picture window was done with total structural integrity of the cage in mind. Additional heavy-duty aluminum angle was used to unify the posts and the beam to the remainder of the cage framework and the pool deck itself. Extra screws were installed and extra bracing insured that the roof rafters were unified to the beam and that the picture window was solid as a rock and that the screen installed in it was tight and true.
I could continue to write line after line regarding the quality of this picture window install and the overall quality of the work that was done by Dr. Screen. But to do so would be redundant and totally unnecessary.
Simply stated - Dr. Screen is the best contractor that we have dealt with here in the Cape and we are fully prepared to recommend him to all of our friends and acquaintances who need screen or pool cage work done!"

"We needed:  1)a gutter enlarged inside the cage; 2) rescreening of entire cage with Super Screen (golf ball proof with 10-year
warranty); 3) replacement of all ground angles and screws of existing cage structure; 4) cleaning of cage structure; and 5) an estimate on enlarging the lanai/cage.  We interviewed 3 cage companies and Pool Cage Mechanic was the only company that would deal with the replacement gutter.  The other 2 companies told us they would only replace the gutter if we installed a new cage even though they said the existing structure was perfectly fine and sound.  During our meeting with owner Paul Ferrara we also discussed enlarging the lanai and extending the cage.  We signed with Paul without further discussion because he was mindful of price and gave us options on standard, white fly and super screens; described the permit process in Collier County for enlarging the lanai; quoted a fair price on the work to be done; and threw into the deal new hardware on the 2 doors and cleaning at no additional
charge.  The work was completed as scheduled by a crew of 5 in one day except for a new down spout that was installed the next morning.  The crew worked diligently and cleaned up.  The work is perfect and we will use them for the lanai/cage extension.  If you need repairs or replacements to a gutter or cage, and you want an honest and fair price, you definitely need to contact Pool Cage
Mechanic.  They will do what other companies won?t do because the job is too small or a pain in the neck.
