The bathrooms needed significant upgrades. The owner bathroom also needed additional remodeling and Designer Lifestyles installed a new very attractive shower that was a major improvement. The prior owners left exterior siding in even worse shape then we knew but Designer Lifestyles got crews in there and replaced the rotting OSB and all of the siding very quickly."

Simon and his crew did the work from demolition through final details. Simon has over 20 years of experience in remodeling. The workmanship is excellent, his tile guy is an â artistâ , the rest of his crew are detail-oriented building professionals. They are good folk and we enjoyed having them work in our home. Throughout the process the crew took steps to protect our home from the unavoidable construction dust and dirt. This included a covered walking path from the garage door to the work-area and covering all furniture and surfaces in the master bedroom during demolition and early-stage (pre-tile) construction. They even sealed off the bathroom and took construction debris through the bathroom window to minimize dust in the master bedroom. We contracted on 3/31, construction started 6/1, and finished on 7/3. Simonâ s crew was in our home for 7 days during this time, 6 days at the start - demo through cabinet installation plus a day to finish the details after the countertops were installed. Overall an efficient process. (Countertops require a measurement after cabinets are in place, and take 10-14 days to acquire, similar for shower glass) AP Advanced has back-office people to manage the purchasing and logistics to offer a turn-key service on a remodel job.
