"Very well. The kitchen was a sad little box but Designer Lifestyles came up with a remodeling plan that completely opened up the kitchen and gave us even more cabinet storage. The bathrooms needed significant upgrades. The owner bathroom also needed additional remodeling and Designer Lifestyles installed a new very attractive shower that was a major improvement. The prior owners left exterior siding in even worse shape then we knew but Designer Lifestyles got crews in there and replaced the rotting OSB and all of the siding very quickly."

The combination of Benny, their designers plus the showroom, helped us to make design / aesthetic choices that resulted in an elegant, functional new master bath. Simon and his crew did the work from demolition through final details. Simon has over 20 years of experience in remodeling. The workmanship is excellent, his tile guy is an â artistâ , the rest of his crew are detail-oriented building professionals. They are good folk and we enjoyed having them work in our home. Throughout the process the crew took steps to protect our home from the unavoidable construction dust and dirt. This included a covered walking path from the garage door to the work-area and covering all furniture and surfaces in the master bedroom during demolition and early-stage (pre-tile) construction. They even sealed off the bathroom and took construction debris through the bathroom window to minimize dust in the master bedroom. We contracted on 3/31, construction started 6/1, and finished on 7/3. Simonâ s crew was in our home for 7 days during this time, 6 days at the start - demo through cabinet installation plus a day to finish the details after the countertops were installed. Overall an efficient process. (Countertops require a measurement after cabinets are in place, and take 10-14 days to acquire, similar for shower glass) AP Advanced has back-office people to manage the purchasing and logistics to offer a turn-key service on a remodel job. "We built our home some 40 years ago. We had All In Builders Construction Corporation come in and renovate two separate buildings. In an old work space above a 3-car garage they installed an apartment including a living room, bed room, kitchen, bath room and closet. In the second building they renovated two rooms into living areas. In both buildings, the results were essentially PERFECT, beautiful in every detail from the stucco and painting, the trim work, door installations, addition of a split AC system, wiring, and plumbing.
