He didn’t only provide a competitive price for his work, he also found alternative ways to save me money during the work, without compromising quality, something very difficult to find from contractors. Later, we ran into a little issue with our floor which was not his fault but it was related to his job, however, he came back quick to fix it, and did a good job with it. I waited on writing this review until I felt the job out for over a month and can say with certainty that no curves were cut. Quality and price were perfect! I’ll be calling Julio back to do more jobs in the future."

"I was a little confused as I was assured by sales person my flooring was waterproof but was told by installers the floor was water resistant not waterproof. I Contacted Empire but never received a response so was a little disappointed.Question has not been answered."

"Jeff and his team built onto an existing small porch that came with our new construction home. It had no stairs making our backyard inaccessible. They expanded the porch the length of our home and built a staircase for us. They also changed the design of the rails on the existing porch to match the look I wanted for the finished deck. It has completely transformed how we are able to utilize the space and access our backyard. They were easy to work with and showed up on time everyday! Clear communication, expectations and stayed on budget. Would hire them again! Before and after pics below."

"The has done a wonderful on helping restore this 1912 home and I continue to call them back to do more projects and plan to book them for other homes I own. The main drain line was rusted and cracked from the basement floor all the way up to the second floor bathroom, which they replaced. This requires tearing down an old plaster and putting in new drywall that turned out seamless. I decided to turn an old pantry into a laundry room. They ran the plumbing and electrical for the room, framed the old doorway and drywalled it. Many rooms had old switches and outlets that they replaced. Ceiling fans were old and replaced. The former for the attic was missing siding and the windows were falling apart. They resided, painted and installed new windows. They set a new toilet and installed a new vanity which required new water lines. Relocating the vanity also meant running a new switch and installing a new vanity light."
