"Contacted Water Heaters Now to replace 30-year old water heater. Shane ran through all our options, doing an excellent job of explaining the differences, pluses, and minuses of the many choices. Based on the conversation with Shane, and the fact Water Heaters Now is a Rheem certified "Pro Plumber", decided to proceed with Water Heaters Now. Even though we were not under an emergency as old water heater was still working, Shane and company were able to come out the next day. The installer, Jake, arrived on-time, was very professional, did a great job explaining the replacement process, explaining the maintenance aspects of the new water heater, and leaving the work area in very clean condition. Based on our experience with Shane, Jake, and Water Heaters Now, would highly recommend Water Heaters Now to anyone who asks."

"Josiah was punctual. He did a fine job He replaced a few feet of plastic water lines with copper pipe and secured it to a piece of wood to hold it tight I had noticed when the washer filled with water the plastic water tubing would jump around. This secured it ! He put in a new faucet. It looks very nice. He got it all done in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done and we agreed. We also had him flush our water heater too we were very pleased with his work."

"The service done was great. The tech replaced my sump pump. He seemed to really kmow what he was doing and he completed the work quickly. He also checked my bladdder tank and recharged it for free."

"We had them replace plumbing fixtures in our bathroom remodel and install in-line water heater to provide point of use hot water to a distant bathroom from our water heater. In addition, they replaced a deteriorating concrete laundry tub and replaced a shut-off valve for an outdoor water faucet that was leaking."

"Zach and his apprentice from Randy's Electric were 100% successful in restoring power to the condo unit I manage. The condo is in a building that has some of the wiring redone and some quite old. It appears there was some condensation above the ceiling that caused a short in half the circuits in the condo. The condo owner had another electrical company take a look at it two weeks before. Two hours and $480 dollars later they didn't do anything. Today, the guys from Randy's Electric where able to come out and resolve the issue in about 2+ hours. The moral of the story is there are some electricians that get the job done and others that just send you a bill. Randy's Electric is the former. I appreciate them coming close to the estimate. It's an old building, so I know how things can go sideways quickly. My only regret is we couldn't book an appointment with them first. I've learned it is better to wait on a high quality electrician rather than go with the one that is available. PS: Stay away from Early Bird Electric if you have a job that has lots of unknowns. They will just take your money and say that can't do it."

"Had an emergency hot water heater issue and got several bids. Keepers called back immediately and was among the lower bids. When I mentioned the renter was anxious to get it fixed ASAP he offered to go out same day and I had a new water heater within a few hours."
