"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"My Pro was excellent. He was on time and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. I asked questions and didn’t mind answering. He fixes the issue without any problem or hesitation. Job well done and yes if I need help again I would like to have him. Thank you Angi and thank the PRO."

"Timely and professional service. We're very satisfied."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Repairs was done perfect and customer service was outstanding. Great price and fast response. Recommended business!"

"Repair in one day at very reasonable cost."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."
