"Request service via phone. Person who took order was very pleasant. Suggest she does include details in her notes. On day of service, two men arrived and were in the house for less than an hour. There were a few tough spots but general overall cleaning was not what I had expected. They didn't get near floor boards or behind doors. I expected more as this was a referral from a close friend as well."

"I sent the company a message on Sunday and asked them to call me at work on Monday.  I told them I would be in to work at 7:00 am and they called first thing Monday morning.  I told them I was interested in the 3 rooms for $89.00.  I made arrangements for them to clean the following day at 5:00pm.  Frank arrived at 5:00 sharp.  He got out of the van and shook my hand and introduced himself.  He got right to work and was completely finished by 5:30.  My carpets look great.  It turned on my ceiling fans so that they would help with the drying time and also told me that it would take about 4 hours for the carpets to dry..  By the time I went to bed, the carpets were dry.  He gave me the bill and it was exactly $89.00.  I recommend this company and would use the again. <br />"

"I have used Paul Davis Emergency Service on two different occasions. The first time was a simple upholstery cleaning for my sofas. I have 2 cats a dog and a 2 year old so they were pretty messy! Paul Davis came in and did a phenomenal job! They were on time, professional, and very respectful of my home and belongings. I will be using them in the near future for my dryer vents, tile floors, and my sofas again!The second time I called Paul Davis was when my husband attempted to fix a running toilet (he is NOT a plumber) that went a muck. We walked into the master bedroom at approximately 9:15PM to an inch of water on the floor. It covered the entire room. I immediately called Paul Davis and was greeted by Heather with a smile and very pleasant voice even at that hour. She was very sympathetic to my situation and assured me someone would be out shortly. Less than 20 minutes later there was a crew of 2 guys with wet vacs, de-humidifiers and other equipment. They had the water up and the equipment set in less than 30 minutes. This was a big deal to me as it was late at night and I have a 2 year old who was not a happy camper about this commotion late at night. Unfortunatly we were unable to same the flooring and Jim came out a week later to take a look at it. He was professional and empathetic as well. We made an appointmjent for his crew to come out and remove the old flooring. His crew showed up on time and ready to work. In less than 30 minutes they had the all the old flooring up and even disposed of it so I didn't have to worry. I can't say enough about Paul Davis, they rock and I will use them every time I have any issue from dirty sofas to (God forbid) fire damage. "I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "Rodd came out and presented options in designs and colors for the 3 areas we wanted done. The garage was done with epoxy and decorative stain was used on the lanai and entryway. He took 4 days to do the work by himself. He planned out the work in a way that we could always have access in and out of the house during that time. The work included prepping the concrete we had which meant cleaning it and filling in some holes. A base coat was applied, then the color and then a sealer coat. We also wanted shark coat in the garage to keep it from being slippery when wet. Our lanai had several cracks in it, so Rodd used those cracks in a scored design which looks absolutely beautiful. The front entryway was made to look like a tile design with grout and it, too, looks great. I am attaching before and after photos to show how great his work turned out. We are absolutely impressed and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Our neighbors seem jealous. <br />"

"Why isnt there a A+? . I used other carpet cleaning business but they just werent doing the job. Service Masters equipment and products they use is what really sets them diffrent and better from anyone else. Ive had these two hard spots on my carpet that i thought were permenemt and didnt really expect them tocome out when i used service master but they did clear them up!!! i HIGHLY recommend service master over anyone in camden. just use them once and you will know why.. <br />"
