Kudos to Keaton and his team for powering through extreme weather, when the heat index was above 108 degrees for several days. The job was completed efficiently and the house looks totally different…an awesome facelift! Keaton’s communication skills are exceptional. He kept us informed along every step of the process, in person, by phone, and text. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their house painted."

"Ryan came in, listened to what we wanted and wasted no time getting started once we said ok.. ONLY money requested up front was the cost of materials. Which was understandable as we did a FULL Onyx shower. The guys (Brian and Teddy) were super professional and Knowledgeable. Brian even gave additional recommendations on how to make it better...Ryan (owner) was here SEVERAL times throughout the remodel. The guys kept us up to date every step of the way. When project was complete they cleaned to ready to use condition..I have a hot tub room attached to the bathroom that got super dirty from the construction. They washed down all walls and left it like it was before they started.."

"We hired Mr. Wichert previously to do a small siding repair.  His grandparents and parents were also in home building/remodeling business and we knew of him through them.  He did an excellent job the first time, so we hired him for this considerably larger job.  <br /> Our home has Masonite siding which tends to degrade over time, and we discovered that it had not been properly applied to the structure initially which contributed to it rotting out.  Mr. Wichert installed the new siding with proper techniques, and he also made some design suggestions which considerably improved the look of the front of the house.  He replaced all of the siding that needed fixing, and painted the entire house for us.  <br /> He also found some additional problems during the repair procedures and notified us of them and the projected additional cost for our approval before following through with them.  <br /> During the work, he also found an additional area that needed repair but he did not charge us for it -- he said he missed it on the initial inspection and therefore would absorb the cost himself.  <br /> The team of workers were considerate and friendly, as well.  We are absolutely delighted with the finished work.  <br /> Mr. Wichert prepared the estimate and contract for us before beginning any work.  He requested partial payment twice during the process to cover cost of materials, and waited until the project was completed to his and our satisfaction before requesting payment of the final balance due. <br /> We will definitely use him for future projects -- replacing the deck next spring and also remodeling our kitchen.  <br />"

"My hot water heater developed a serious leak on a Friday evening,  I immediately called Koehler Plumbing, which had done A+ work for me before.  When I called, a woman answered as Koehler Plumbing, and I was pleased to learn that he could come on Saturday morning.  Mr. Koehler worked on his own, so I was surprised when a different person came to my house on Saturday.  That man explained that Mr. Koehler had recently retired and had sold his business to Snake n Rooter.  So, my only complaint is that they didn't explain this to me when I scheduled service.  Fortunately, the plumber who came was courteous and helpful.  He diagnosed that I needed a new hot water heater, which was very true.  The heater started leaking again that weekend, worse than before.  I believe he hadn't shut off the water completely.  But, he did come back right away that weekend to stop the leak.  On Monday, he installed the new hot water heater, which has performed very well.  (He was an hour or so late due to an emergency job.  They did let me know.)  Unbelievably, my home furnace also went out that same weekend.  The furnace and hot water heater are in the same closet, so the two service providers had to coordinate their timing.  The plumber from Snake n Rooter handled that very well and even passed along some helpful information to the person who worked on the furnace.  Finally, the plumber also agreed to install a garbage disposal that I had purchased a few months before and had trouble getting installed.  I was very glad to get that done too.  So, all and all, I was pleased with the job that Snake n Rooter did and would call them again in the future.  <br />"
