He was extremely personable and the company was very responsive. We would definitely recommend them."

They were telling me one thing, but were telling my home warranty company something different. When I requested all three of us get on the phone to clarify the misunderstanding, Repair Tech Plus declined. "The visit went well and the service person was on time.  The first diagnosis was not correct and a defroster part was ordered and replaced.  The problem was not corrected.  A second visit was required and the action taken at that time corrected the blocked drain hose problem.  We have not had any problem since the 2d repair visit.
