He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Lucky from service Master came out and spent quite a bit of time checking out the ovens to diagnose the problem. The GE manual we received with the oven said the error code was the door lock. Lucky found from the specs and diagnostics that the top oven fan was the problem. Lucky was fantastic. Ordered the part and spent over an hour working on replacing it and checking it out. He was extremely personable and the company was very responsive. We would definitely recommend them."

"First off, the electrician who came out was fantastic. Dan was on-time and got the work done without any issues. As you can select the person that comes out, I would highly recommend him to those who book on the site. He was also helpful in sorting out the billing issue... As has been noted by others, the pricing and the deal listed on here (service call and 30 minutes for $99) is not as clear as it should be. The company website has some additional costs that are easy to miss when you book and how it is written on the deal does not reflect that (or could be described as being a bit unclear and unspecified). They (through Dan's efforts) were able to knock off the materials cost when I paid, but I still had to pay an additional $29.50 for the fleet maintenance fee (at time of sale; this was later refunded). Again, this is unclear in the Angie's list deal and I imagine people miss this and the materials fee when they book as they assume the Angie's deal includes this. I spoke with the office after the service call to discuss the clarity of the deal for future customers, and said they would work with Angie's list to make this clearer in the deal, which I think has been the main issue other recent reviews have had a problem with. I would use their services again, but most likely just for larger electrical jobs."

"He reported I needed two parts to repair the oven.  We had to wait over a week for the parts.  When he came to the house I requested the old parts, as soon as I made this request I no longer needed two parts I needed only one part and the repair was much cheaper.

"Excellent. This is our second time using Handyman at Your Command. We are very happy with their work and will schedule again for drywall, carpentry, light fixture replacement and other work. Tracy was excellent in scheduling the work to meet our needs. She is very quick to return calls and messages. Noel (the handyman assigned to us) did a great job. He is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and very pleasant to deal with. He advised us on the best and least costly way to conduct our repairs and them proceeded to complete the work without fuss. Pricing is fair and work quality is excellent. "The visit went well.  I had several minor things that needed repair:  the remotes for the ceiling fans weren't working properly (and no, they didn't need new batteries), I needed pictures hung, one of the bathroom sinks seemed to be clogged and I had a drip from one of the faucets.  There may have been additional items as well.  They were very careful and did a great job.  The clogged sink involved the way it was installed - an item that is used to cap something on the original plumbing was dropped into the drain pipe by mistake so depending on how it turned by the water flow, it could stop up the sink.  He removed that and I haven't had trouble since.  The pictures were hung professionally - he even made suggestions to make the grouping look more interesting!  The problem with the ceiling fan remotes were fixed wihout the need for me to spend additional money (something I like).  The only complaint I have is that he needed a cannister for the faucet in order to fix the leak, and since I was having surgery after they came to my home, we weren't able to connect to fix the faucet, so it's still dripping.  I did use a Angies List deal for this service.
