"I cannot say enough positive things about Brian.  He is very experienced, professional, easy going, and prompt.  Our bathrooms turned out beautifully.  He listened to my ideas and indulged me showing him pictures on Pinterest.  Brian has an eye for design and completely understood what we were looking for and came up with other creative suggestions we never would have thought of, like the direction the glass accent tile should go, installing a little shelf in the corner to prop your foot on for shaving, and offsetting the floor tile in thirds. He was also extremely patient and non-judgmental when I changed my mind about design elements.  The best part was I could trust Brian to exercise his own judgment when I didn't know what to do.  He was also very efficient, even working weekends, and showed up on the days he was supposed to.  We will be using Brian for future projects.

"I brought in several of the highest rated plumbers on Angie's list for bids so I knew they would all do quality work.   I then went with the lowest bid, which was Burkhardt by a landslide.  The bid I received from them was less than half of what the other top rated plumbers bid. 
They only have a few employees and they had one guy do all of the construction work at my house.  My project took 4 days which included breaking up the floor, running drain and vent pipe, running water pipe, and recementing the floor.
I was very impressed with the work.  When he came to the house I went over how I wanted everything done and he did everything exactly how I explained it.  I also made some additions to the scope of the project after he started and he took care of them with a "can do" attitude.  I needed him to reroute some existing water pipe and to install a shut off valve.  He also left my basement spotless when he was done with no reminents of all the cement and sand that was on the basement floor during construction.  I would hire Burkhardt Plumbing again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for quality plumbing work done at a fair price.

"After they installed the granite counter, it didn't look the same as the one we selected. It didn't have the vivid colors we approved. Also, we never heard from them after. No call, text, or email to see if we were satisfied. It took me many calls and messages to get them to call me back. It was when I emailed I was going to complain to the BBB that I got a response. I was not happy how they used what looked like salvaged wood to support the new sink. They tried to talk me into accepting it but finally said they would send someone back. I never heard from them again. People like me are just too busy too keep calling them."
