He came with my new water heater and explained what he needed to do and installed it without any issues. "During a recent rainstorm, we checked our panel box and found that we had water sitting on and leaking around our breakers. We called and Randys responded promptly. Tom was thorough, professional, and friendly. He identified several areas where water was getting in and discussed with us the hazards of corroded breakers (and they were clearly corroded), water sitting on the breakers, and the potential remedies. We decided to replace the entire panel plus the leaking box that held the meter and Tom worked to expidite the extensive project for the next day. Project included shut off of power for entire day with Tom and Nick in and out of the house all day replacing outside box and inside panel with as little disruption to us as possible. Tom kept us updated on progress, encouraged our questions and welcomed our checking in on the work as it progressed. It was as pleasant as a day with workers in and out of your house could be. Plus, since the power was already out and they were here all day, we had asked to add in some of those small electric projects in the house that often never get done. They completed all of them including some undercabinet lighting in a snack area which looks fantastic. Cant stress enough how professional and respectful of our home they were."

"Our water heater had been leaking. I contacted Dean’s Home Services on Thursday AM 3/5/2026. Their representative Mike Washburn arrived that afternoon. He discussed our options, and we chose a Bradford White water heater. Mike arranged for an install the next day and disconnected the old water heater. At 8:00 AM the next day installers Cody Washburn and Sebastian arrived. The new water heater was installed in an hour and a half. The old heater removed and cleanup completed. We had hot water in less than 24 hours after our original call. Mike, Cory and Sebastian were very helpful and professional. We could not be happier!"
