"Deciding to replace or repair"

"Excellent explanation and recommendation to replace washing machine!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Professional service and excellent work on washer repair!"

"

I was without hot water, which was a significant emergency as it happened the day I was having 10 people for a birthday dinner in  just 8 hours. Jan was wonderful, she arranged for someone to come out the same day. This was quality, responsive professional service .

"Dave did a great job! I'm glad I picked him over the other 2 quotes I got to replace my water heater and a noisy, slow-flowing kitchen faucet. A true professional. Good and reasonable pricing. On time and reliable. Very nice human being. Will be calling him again should any plumbing troubles arise."
