"Steve ******* and ‘my crew’ of Jodi, Bob, and Allen at Easter Fence did amazing work rebuilding the balcony and repairing of the adjoining walls at my condominium. I had searched for many months for a contractor willing to tackle the job. This included coordinating with the owner above me who also hired Easter to do his balcony. From the beginning Steve gave very quick responses and kept me informed. There were many road blocks to work around and multiple people and organizations to please for both him and the crew . Despite many distractions including a multitude of annoying squirrels, my hovering over their work and many people passing by, the crew stayed focused on getting the work done and getting it done right. They worked as if they were doing it for friends, family or working on their own home. From start to finish they were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The crew was very considerate of the neighbor below me and made every effort to minimize the mess and inconvenience to him. (He made a point of telling me how much he appreciated it.) Other compliments have been received. That includes the neighbor who yelled across the easement from his perfect patio on how nice it looked, and one of my relatives who now wants to redo their deck. This was a job well done and worth every penny. My belief is it has added to the value of my home and also believe I will not need to replace it again. "My wrought iron porch railing was dangerously loose when I bought the house. Parts of it pulled up and would fail if someone leaned against it. By agreement, Jablan infused epoxy or concrete or something and drilled deep screws through the base plates of the railing into the concrete, securing it solidly without any further give. Also, sanded down some rust spots and thoroughly repainted the entire railing, which looks great, like new. They proactively added some concrete patching, unrelated to the railing itself, but apparently, since they had the concrete mixed they filled a few weathered spots and a big gap in the stairs due to the ground settling down over the years. This guards against further weathering and water leaking under the porch. It was unexpected and highly appreciated. Great job overall."

"Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. Excellent job. Highly recommend."

"We, a HOA, did a competition to fix multiple locations our 20 year old white vinyl fence. The Easter attention to detail and price were fantastic and their price was far cheaper than their competition and our prior contractor. Although it took a few months for the repairs, it was still quicker than our prior contractor. A prior fence company had replaced posts higher than adjacent posts plus some lean a little. Easter repaired 12 different locations. All the posts were the same height as adjacent posts plus didn't lean. I know where all the repairs were completed. However, I could not distinguish between the old and repaired sections, except where one rail, which didn't need replacing, still had a small smudge from the dirty snow where it had been laying."
