"KC came to measure the area, made some suggestions, and returned the next day with large samples in the color I requested. He explained the differences in carpet construction and materials and left some samples so that I could see them in different lighting and times of the day to help my decision-making. Once the decision was made, he quoted a reasonable price, including pad and installation. From the time I ordered, it took the 2-3 weeks for delivery, as predicted. Installers arrived promptly and completed the job perfectly. Phone calls to the office were answered by a real person (!) and all inquiries were answered. The floors look and feel great!"

"I’ll start out by saying that our floors look great because of the installers and demo folks . The owner of the company and her project manager are the most combative and difficult people to work . They were not solution oriented and instead kept bragging about their other successful project . We had to be our own quality control on what planks were being laid . Would never recommend them!"

"Sweet Home Improvements has done two jobs for us in the past year. The first to replace the carpeting in two bedrooms with Bamboo and the second to replace the carpeting in the master bedroom along with retiling the shower in the master bathroom. Janos Kovacs is the owner and operator of Sweet Home Improvements and does world class work and is an even nicer person. Janos takes great pride in his work. His craftsmanship and knowledge are superb. He also takes time to explain why he is doing things a particular way. On our first project he expressed concern regarding installing bamboo and explained what we had to be careful about in purchasing the flooring We had previously had bamboo installed in our living area, so already knew what to be concerned with, but it was reassuring to hear it from him prior to signing the contract. The installation of the floating floors was done quickly and looks great. Even better, is the quality of the work he did in the master shower. While not the largest shower, the care he took in all phases shows. The shower has an accent along the wall and the tile was approximately 1/8" thinner than the rest of the tile. I did not realize it, but Janos noticed it right off and explained how he would ensure that the accent tile was glued to be flush with the rest of the tile. Beyond the excellence of the work done, Janos is great in communicating, is timely in arrival and fastidious in cleaning up before leaving for the day. I will gladly use Sweet Home Improvements for any project I have in the future"

Called many times, emailed, and left voice mail messages on their cell and with their answering service. All messages and calls went unanswered, not even courtesy of a response. So unprofessional! I wonder now if ATI is a scammer. If they were legit I ask why then no response."

"From demolition of the existing master bath to punch list completion, the project went very smoothly, on-time and on-budget. Our goals were to reflect the 1920s character of the rest of the house and to integrate some features (walk-in shower and comfort height toilet) that would help us age in place. Mark's design expertise was appreciated on both counts. Mark and his crew, Dritan & Edward, were consistently professional, good communicators, great on follow-through and eager to satisfy our needs. I'm a stickler for details and Mark, Dritan & Edward were quite responsive to my needs but also detail-oriented themselves. Some materials (e.g. tile) were purchased as part of our contract and other materials (plumbing fixtures, vanity and countertop) were purchased by us so the approximate cost of service does not reflect full cost of the job which was about $27,000. We feel it the total cost was good value for the money and quite competitive in the marketplace."
