Service man arrived on time as scheduled. Took time to describe what he was going to do, the approximate time it would take and what we could expect with the finished product. The young man doing the work was very professional, making certain to protect every surface in the bathroom that would be affected by the glazing process. Once finished, thorough instructions were given as to care and maintenance of the refinished tub. Clean-up was thorough. The expelling of fumes during the process was such that minimal fumes from the glazing was noticeable in the house. Very pleased with the process and the overall workmanship experienced. Would use this company again.

"We had a very good experience with our Bathroom Remodel. Basically, the bathroom was gutted. Dylan was the representative that helped us through the design process. He brought all samples to our home to make choices. He was patient, knowledgeable, and overall, very pleasant to work with. Ben and Kellan performed the work on the project. They were very professional, and extremely hard working! They literally took lunch breaks and other than that worked the entire day without breaking. They were quiet as can be, they didn't have any music playing or even receive private phone calls. They cleaned up after themselves each evening before they left. "Excellent experience. Drake arrived as scheduled and went to work immediately. He sealed off the bathroom which kept dust from escaping. The process took about hours. The tub looks wonderful, much better than I expected. I would definitely hire them again and I do recommend them. They are professional, courteous and they clean up after the job is complete."

Simply amazing!  From the estimate to the completion of the job, this company was top notch.  I needed a more cost effective solution than replacing a tub and all the tiles.  This was it and I could not be happier.  The end result was better than I imagined.

Pete, my technician was prompt, very courteous and meticulous about his work.  He kept me updated all along they way and provided clear directions for after care. 

Now that my tub and tiles are done, my floor is looking a little sad and neglected.  I'll be calling Pete and Miracle Method soon to fix that problem :-)
