I had received a number of estimates leading up to this project which varied greatly in price. His estimate was priced competitively and I was initially nervous he would "find more problems" and the final invoice would ratchet up. Instead I found him to trustworthy, reliable, punctual, efficient and there were no surprises in the end. The final invoice was exactly the same as the estimate which was refreshing. The quality of the roof and the work done was high. The house was in order at the end of each day and at the end of the project and our routine throughout was largely uninterrupted. I would highly recommend this team."

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. Cody was punctual, knowledgeable, straight forward with me without any pressuring sales tricks. Cody talked about and treated my home like it was his own and was a wealth of knowledge for other projects I’d like to get done. On the day of my project Markeese and his team did excellent work. They made sure my roof looked great! Markeese kept me informed on the job throughout the entire day and answered all my questions I may have had.
