"This project involved a roof replacement for a home built in 1931 with some unbelievably complicated roof lines. You will almost never see the types of things done today as they did back than. John was extremely responsive throughout the process in terms of coordinating the quote and leading up to the roof replacement. The team arrived promptly at 7 AM and work diligently for 2 days to get everything completed. Ice and Water shields were used, rubber membranes and architectural shingles and updated flashing were all part of the project. Pleasure working with John and will look for him on some updated exterior painting moving forward."

"Sean was great. He started with the chimney for an old wood-burning cookstove that we don't use that often. We bought the house fairly recently and did not know where the clean out door was for that chimney. Sean was very patient and thorough in checking out the crawlspace beneath the house (no clean out door there!) and kept looking until he found it in a cut out in the wall in a room behind the kitchen and did the cleaning. He then inspected the main chimney for the oil furnace and said that it did not need cleaning at this time. He was on time, knowledgeable, informative, and cleaned up thoroughly."

"I got quotes from three companies. Derek's was the middle quote but he was the only one that actually took the time to explain everything to me and he figured out how we could get an even larger insert in the fireplace where one other company told me they couldn't make it any larger and the third company said he could only replace it with what was already there. Derek showed up on time and the fireplace works great. He also added the brick backer kit and a blower with a remote. I did have an issue with the fireplace after installation where it kept making a loud pinging noise. Derek came back and swapped the entire unit out and re-did the tile surround with any complaints. His team also made sure to clean up after each day. Overall it looks great and I'm going to have Derek add another fireplace shortly."

The chimney is a straight shot with a 90 degree turn for attaching the water heater. The installation was quick, including capping the chimney.
