Also sanded and painted the surrounding trim. He also replaced blinds over the kitchen sink. And wired a ceiling light to replace a bathroom fan. Mike was polite, professional and cleaned up the areas nicely. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend McDaniel Maintenance. He’s installed water lines, gas lines, moved electrical outlets, installed all new receptacles in the house, installed new light fixtures, did drywall repairs, painted, stained, fixed the doors twice after the movers broke them, moved appliances, fixed the shower, removed moss from the roof and cleaned it, installed new light switches, installed exterior lights, chalked all the windows, hung new blinds, installed new flooring and molding, installed new sink vanity and faucet, replaced all the water shut off valves in the bathroom and kitchen and is doing a small remodel in the kitchen (new countertops, backsplash, sink and upgrading the cabinets).
