"I discovered mold in the lower level of my house. Ron and Dan came out and surveyed the damaged areas. They recommend I get an air quality test, by a third party which I did. Once I got the results of the test, they gave me a detailed and thorough quote on remediation, of the mold and then reconstruction of the affected areas. The work was done by the owners Ron and Dan, and Ron's son Anthony. They were extremely thorough and detailed, took great care during the mold cleanup not to affect other areas of the house. They explained what was being done at each stage of the work and took great pride to make sure the work was being expertly done. After the remediation was completed we got together to discuss the rebuild phase, and took as much care with that as they did the remediation phase. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to have this type of work done, or even just a remodel of your house, I knew I was in good hands with Ron and Dan, and the results proved it."

"Fantastic. John told me what he was going to do (a). gentle removal of the cause of the clog or b). snaking, which is harder on old pipes). He told me what I might have to have done if those options didn't work. Fortunately, he was able to clear the clog and THEN he said since I don't rely on a septic tank, the best way to keep drains free is to pour a couple of cups of bleach down my drains (one drain per week) and flush with hot water after a couple of hours. By the way, they are also known as Masterworks Plumbing, if you are looking them up. Can't say enough good things about them!"

"Bob Gray and his team at 4-Ever Water-Tite did amazing work on our basement. I fully recommend this company without hesitation for any basement waterproofing, plumbing, or foundation work. "We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"Craig and company were fantastic! We are extremely happy with our bathroom - I can honestly say that I have never seen a more gorgeous bathroom. Craig responded to our Angie's List inquiry immediately, and after we chose his company to do our remodel, work started within days. Craig checked on progress constantly, and was very open to discussion and offered great suggestions as the job progressed. Chris and Ken were our main workers, and they were very punctual (work started at 7am daily and they were in their cars in front of the house by 6:30!). In addition to being punctual, they were perfectionists. We chose a patterned tile for the walls around the tub, and it is lined up perfectly. Soffits were removed, and a half glass wall was installed to open up the bathroom and make it feel larger. We will definitely hire Artistic Construction again. WE have a few things in mind already...!"
