Mr. Cortes was very informative and explained in detail the work needed to be done. He came out on the 29th and they started work on the 31st. ( New Years Eve) They worked all day and into the night! I signed the line for a completely new heat pump/air handler/thermostat package. Everyone from the sales estimator to the installers to the service technicians were very motivated to do their best. It was not “plug and play” however - the new system needed multiple service techs to even get the system fired up and working. Multiple problems coming from mistakes either from the factory product or the installers did not bode well for my ten Grand purchase!
