Finally received an email after escalating and got a simple email stating that the tech shaved off some cost and that I authorized the additional work. Needless to say, this felt like a bait and switch and left me with an extremely poor opinion of this company. Needless to say, I will never be doing work with TerraFirma again."

I chose Foundations First to make the repairs because they included more work, and at a lower price, than their competitors. I can't say enough about how professional everyone at Foundations First NorthWest was, from the first meeting with the sales rep to the constant communication with office staff throughout the project. Every step was completed without a hitch -- getting permits, engineering, the repair work and county inspections. The work crews worked quickly and efficiently on both the installation of stabilizing foundation piers, and also on the crawl space repairs. And they left the work areas in a very clean condition. "Our basement flooded in January 2021. Drainage Master was one of 3 estimates we obtained. Seth inspected the situation and suggested and exterior drainage system The our two estimates we for interior systems with a sump pump. The other two companies would not provide an estimate for and exterior system. Also the estimate did not include the cost to repair damage the installation of an interior system would do to a finished basement. The crew was great the foreman answered all of our questions the job was done on time and in budget. I would highly recommend them."

"We were one of the lucky ones to work with Lovett, County, an another Contractor on a project that we didn't want! When they got to moving our water meter and PRV, the contractor or Water company couldn't work on private property, so they hired Lovett. Where they move our PRV, it was under water. We had told them where they were putting it; that the water table is high. But, Lovett and the County said this is where it needs to go. This whole process lasted for months, I sent photos of our PRV under ice, no response but it did show up on their Facebook page, "to call if this happens to you" my photo that I had sent! I have chatted with both Scott and Gabe, plus the tech(s) on site. All (3) companies kept putting the blame on one another. I had a conference call with all 3 of them, and told them that my PRV is under 3' of water and I need help. I asked multiple times for an estimate, and no one would send me one. This whole mess started with their employee coming into our home looking at our hot water heater and mentioning where that PRV is, that we will have problems. This is in the wrong location. They did come out and move it 12", which was a complete waste of time. Again, as I mentioned it's under 3' of water. Their answer was this employee no longer works with us! Over and over! Scott told me in the very beginning, "We will take care of you, if not you can write a review". Where here I am writing a review."
