"It was okay, but they didn’t clean some of the areas that I wanted them to. They also splashed dirt on my rocking chairs when they were cleaning the porch and they didn’t even offer to come back and wash the chairs off. There was some time before they got back to me to setup the service. They sent 2 guys out to do the job. They got the job done in about 4-5 hours."

"Extremely pleased with the work they did for us installing a fence.  From our first phone call to schedule a visit to get an estimate, Top Choice was very responsive, punctual, and professional.  They were out to measure just a few days after our first phone call and gave me an estimate before he left.  When we called to move forward, they put us on the schedule for just a few weeks later, which was perfect for us, as this allowed us time to get HOA approval.  Once we notified them of our approval they came out just a few days later to install the fencing. <br /> As far as their workmanship goes......Top Notch!  They did an outstanding job and I couldn't be happier with how our fence turned out.  They showed up on time, were very efficient, and, most importantly installed a great looking fence that is built to last.  After seeing how well they did with the fence, I'll definitely be calling them again for future projects.  Great work, Great Value, Great People! <br />"

"<p>Overall it went well...especially for the price paid, but the finish details are where I was not fully satisfeid. Fernando was very responsive and eager to make sure I was happy with the result. His team was always polite and worked with us when we changed our minds about paint colors and other details during the project. For 98% of the work, I am completely satisfied...the walls, ceilings, trim...anything that was painted was finished. The installation of the floor was great, he even re-did the clear coat of the complete 2nd floor when bubbles were found in portions of the finish. However, the railing install did not meet my expectations. It was not fastened to the floor correctly and the detail of the cuts and fit are not to a professional level. I also had a bit of trouble getting the project finshed in a timely manner...they are very busy and did not always have guys working on our project when I expected.</p> <p>I would definitely hire them again for anything that would be painted, but I feel that the finish carpentry leaves something to be desired.</p> <br />"
