"He responded to my issue the same day. He went an extra mile by contacting Moen to get the right model and order a replacement cartridge for kitchen faucet. After talking to Moen we discovered that sometimes there is a hole in the pull out faucet line. When we looked at the line we discovered it was loose and just needed tightening I will keep bucket under sink til I'm sure there is no more leaking but I am so appreciative that he was honest and was able to fix my problem with no charge. I feel like someone else would have come and just replaced cartridge and charged me when nothing really needed to be done. Someone this honest will definitely be called when I need a plumber again.
