After talking to Moen we discovered that sometimes there is a hole in the pull out faucet line. When we looked at the line we discovered it was loose and just needed tightening I will keep bucket under sink til I'm sure there is no more leaking but I am so appreciative that he was honest and was able to fix my problem with no charge.
