"It took about a week & half working partial days in order to allow cement, grout, etc to dry.properly. We now have a large tiled shower with seat and 3 grab bars for safety. Mr. Eads removed all plastic piping and replaced with copper. Roughed in the old shower area so I could have Closet Organizers put in shelves and upper and lower doors for a large closet. Was always neat and cleaned up after work. Very happy with work."

He went the extra mile to call the manufacturer to find the part was under warranty which saved me 50% on part. I asked if I should proactively replace capacitor on other unit and he said no, there is no way to predict when they will go out. That meant to me they are not into pushing unnecessary repairs, which is great. Good overall experience."
