Did a quick inspection and even though my hot water heater is 13 years old he said it’s in good working condition and advised of the pros/cons of having it flushed now. Freedom pulled out every stop to source me a new ECOER unit when my HVAC failed; the least of which was driving to another state to pick one up and installing over night so I could escape 90 degree days as quickly as possible. They found ways to help beyond just repairing the unit as well - they changed my filter and even offering to carry a heavy package from the front doorstep to the back patio. They left the house in the same condition they found it, cleaned up their debris, utilized booties and tarps to keep the home safe as they worked. Thoughtful, mindful, honest and efficient. If you’re looking for HVAC guys give them all call - cannot recommend them more!"

"The contractor was a true pro.,he new his product ,he new how important to size the heater needed to do the job correctly and he priced the install accordingly.He was prompt always on time,removed the old water heater and made necessary changes to my home to accommodate the new tankless heater.He installed a new unit that has a great reliability history and long term warranty at a fair cost.Not heard of in todayâ s business world and the man that owns the business is the person who actually does the work!
