Sometimes my garage door would stay open or not close completely. This opener solves both those issues. The phone app allows me to open my garage when I am away from home and need to let someone in. "Wilfredo showed up with his helper the morning after we chose our door and opener. In a very few short moments, our door was off. He worked well with his helper anticipating his every need. Wilfredo obviously knew his stuff as there was a routine that was well rehersed. He installed the panels and we also had the rubber stripping put around the edges to make a better seal. This door is commercial grade, insulated and sealed with the second to the best opener. He sold us a second clicker for less than the stores sell them. Our door is better made and very quiet to open and close. It is amazing how much noise from the street is blocked. As it was being opened and closed it was as if someone was hitting the mute button. They cleaned up the place and hauled off our old door at no extra charge. Wilfred and his helper both respected our property and our needs. "He noticed that my door needed some maintenance and the original installer (Sears) did not install a stabilizer bar correctly. He took that bar off and reinstalled in a stronger place, oiled, balanced and did a bunch of other stuff. My door is better now than I have ever had from original installations. He was on time, professional, explained everything I inquired about, and cleaned up his own mess and packaging afterwards. I haven't seen this kind of customer service in over a decade! He is TOTALLY worth a little more than the other guys :)"
